When you arrive home and pull in to your driveway, are you inspired by what you see?
We want our clients to feel a sense of joy and pride seeing their home from afar. This garden design idea pictured is full of thoughtful paths, big curated blooms, new wildlife, and colour. ‘Wow’ is what comes to mind because it elevates your mood and makes you want to entertain with guests and family. It encourages people to explore your outdoor space entirely.
This property needed that lift in vibrance and imagination. The driveway was dull and predictable. Its only purpose was to park cars. We rebuilt the energy surrounding this home by changing its style entirely; including two access points to the home on the path and newly placed seating area. Pops of purple and red capture the eye, scents of lavender and thyme whisper through the air; the areas with voluminous planting have welcomed butterflies and bees once again.
Other key features to note from this design is that its easy to maintain with or without our maintenance. Wild flowers are self-seeding, the boxes are durable and look better over time; colourful bedding plants have been picked to drape over the sides; the patio area is cleaned annually and there is a smaller area of turf to take care of. In Winter, while some of the planting will lose its volume and vivid colours, many plants are hardy and will withhold the frost for the interim. As you can see from the gallery below, the design project was conducted through the Autumnal season before blossoming in Spring, where it truly comes to life. This client did not know what to expect as they gave us freedom to do what we felt would suit this entrance way. It depends on the size of your entrance and how we design it. We will be sure to explain how certain features or plants work.
If you need a little help, then having an aftercare plan with us would ensure it would be ready to impress whenever you need it to.

It varies on the size of the garden, economic climate in supplies, and desired scale. We work with client budgets and if we feel that a design can be enhanced, such as a grand entrance, then we would look to either work in phases throughout the year or let you build the budget you would like to work with to have the design ready for a certain deadline.
Each phase must be paid for with a deposit before work starts.
The current garden shown had its own unique material and labour costs. Sharing the price would not reflect the prices of these variables today. We advise clients to book a consultation for a bespoke design by Daniel and breakdown of material costs.
